Flow wrapping is a great choice for products including cosmetics, greeting cards, gifts, toys, household products and more, we provide for a wide variety of markets. All the Redpack flow wrapping machines are designed with maxiumum flexibility to accomodate for a large range of products.

With a choice of top of bottom seal closures, fast changeover and easy maintenance, the Redpack flow wrap machines enable simple operation. The intuitive multi-lingual HMI has simple commands for operators to adjust the machine to suit assorted products.

The touch screen can be programmed with multiple product codes allowing multiple recipe settings to be stored. These include bag length, print registration, end crimp slow down, infeed position, printed code position, label application control and flow wrap speed.

A label printer and applicator can be integrated to work in-line with the flow wrapper to maximise packing performance.
