The P325E-TT packaging machine is a flow wrapper specifically designed for packing trayless tomatoes.
The dedicated infeed with product carrying slats ensures that delicate tomatoes can be carried through the machine minimising damage whilst maintaining high speeds.
The Redpack P325E-TT Tomato Packer is adjustable, allowing the flexibility to switch between trayed and trayless in-line in various configurations.
Built to last, the P325E-TT is housed in stainless steel and has a user-friendly touch screen that makes operation simple and adjustable.

Easy to use: an intuitive control panel makes adjustments to settings such as speed, bag length and print position quick and easy. Settings can be saved and recalled when needed enabling quick switchovers.
Heat control: Independent temperature control of the welding jaw heaters to ensure consistently precise sealing of packs.
Reduce packaging waste: The intelligent “No product, no bag” system prevents empty packaging.
Printing & label application: This machine has an integrated holder for a thermal transfer printer and the option for an integrated label applicator.
Fast diagnostics: A modem allows remote control and machine diagnostics for the fastest response and minimised downtime.
Optimising production time: The machine is designed to work 24/7.
