Creating long-lasting partnerships
Our approach focuses on collaboration, both with our clients and between our expert teams. From the initial conversation, through design, build, testing and support, we are with you every step of the way.
01
Starting the conversation
From the very first call, we begin to establish an understanding of your product’s unique journey so we can ensure that our adaptable machines are optimised to handle each step.
02
Site visits
By visiting your site, we are able to see and experience first-hand your existing set-up and processes and gain a deeper understanding of your products requirements in the pre- and post-packaging stages.
03
Visit Redpack
We encourage you to visit our headquarters in the UK. During the visit you will get the opportunity to meet our experienced teams and see each step of our process from design to manufacturing and trials.
04
Design
Our design team works with you to make the most of our adaptable machines, choosing the right components so that your machine delivers a product that is perfectly and efficiently flow-wrapped.
05
Manufacture
Once designs are approved the manufacturing of your machine begins. Our machine shop creates the parts needed for your machine using state of the art CNC machines and lathes to ensure precision at every step.
06
Build
Each component of our machines are hand built within set guidelines to ensure consistency in both quality and durability. These are then pieced together in our main assembly room, once completed it is prepared for testing and trials.
07
Testing
Once assembly is completed we undertake internal testing for a period of two weeks, trialling the machine with your product and materials to ensure the seal, packing quality and functionality are fully optimised. Following this a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is performed.
08
Installation and Training
As soon as possible we will commence training to ensure that your operators know how to get the very best from your flow-wrap machine. Final installation and Site Acceptance Testing are the last steps before your machine is ready for production.
09
Service and Maintenance
Our service team will stay in regular contact following machine installation. From technical support through the first stages of use, to maintenance and repairs. Our on-going support team remains on hand in a way that works for you to ensure your machine is always maximised for efficiency.
