The HC65 high care flow wrapper is IP65 rated
It is a bottom sealing flow wrap machine that has been designed to have sealed structural sections, minimal clevis fixings and a discharge and infeed that can be quickly removed, making cleaning fast and easy to reduce downtime.
Durable and robust, the HC65 is constructed entirely from stainless steel (304/303) and Acetal Copolymer which offer excellent resistance to corrosion and most sanitising chemicals.
The HC65 has been designed for high care environments to reduce downtime and pack products hygienically at high speeds.
Benefits include:
Built to last: IP65 rated, it is constructed entirely from stainless steel (304/303) & Acetal Co-polymer which offer excellent resistance to corrosion and most sanitizing chemicals.
Precision and power: The machine is equipped with independent drives synchronized through the servo-control system.
Easy to use: an intuitive control panel makes adjustments to settings such as speed, bag length and print position quick and easy. Settings can be saved and recalled when needed enabling quick switchovers.
Reduce packaging waste: The intelligent ‘no product, no bag’ system prevents empty packaging.

The discharge and in-feed are manufactured to an IP67 (waterproof 30mins<1m) rated specification.
Printing and label application: This machine has an integrated holder for a thermal transfer printer and the option for an integrated label applicator.
Fast diagnostics: A modem allows remote control and machine diagnostics for the fastest response and minimised downtime.
