This NTS-BM flow wrapping machine has been specifically designed to meet the requirement of large, round products such as iceberg lettuce. Allowing them to be packed at high speed despite their shape and form.
Each product is moved carefully through the machine to apply a tightly closed top sealed flow wrap that will keep the product fresher for longer. Built to last, this Redpack NTS-BM is housed in stainless steel and has a user-friendly touch screen that makes operation simple.
The NTS-BM for iceberg lettuce is based on one of our most popular products, the NTS-BM Top Seal. Specifically modified components such as the V-shaped inlet feed ensures the product can be safely fed and packaged even at high speeds.
