The P325E-PF is an automatic product feeder that can be combined with any Redpack P325 flow wrapper machine.
It works well for where products can be automatically fed into the machine, providing savings in both time and money with the need for products being manually placed on to the infeed removed.
The phase feeder accepts product directly from a feed conveyor then automatically spaces the flow wrapping module before it passes to the flow wrapping module.
By avoiding double handling the P325E-PF helps avoid potential damage to the product. It is used across a multitude of products including: filled punnets, biscuit bars, cheese and medical devices.
Precision and power: The machine is equipped with independent drives synchronised through the servo-control system.
Built to last: The machine is fabricated from a solid stainless steel base and precision components, designed for high production environments.
Easy to use: an intuitive control panel makes adjustments to settings such as speed, bag length and print position quick and easy. Settings can be saved and recalled when needed enabling quick switchovers.
Reduce packaging waste: The intelligent “No product, no bag” system prevents empty packaging.
Heat control: Independent temperature control of the welding jaw heaters to ensure consistently precise sealing of packs.
Optimising production time: The machine is designed to work 24/7 and allows for an automatic feeder into flow wrapper.
Printing & label application: This machine has an integrated holder for a thermal transfer printer and the option for an integrated label applicator.
Fast diagnostics: A modem allows remote control and machine diagnostics for the fastest response and minimised downtime.
